  • 4Units are monitored through the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development and are subject to other restrictions.

Qualification Information

  • Households must have gross income at or below 60% area median income for family size.
  • Current income limits are: 1 person $65,450, 2 persons $74,800, 3 persons $84,150, 4 persons, $93,500 and 5 persons $101,000.
  • Households must disclose all income and assets.
  • All household members age 18 and over must sign a Lease Agreement, an Affordable Housing Program Lease Addendum outlining Program requirements, a VAWA addendum, and any other required move-in documentation.
  • Recertification is required annually to determine continued eligibility. Household income may increase to 200% Area Median Income adjusted for household size.

A household is everyone who will be living with you in your apartment at Konrad on the Park. You do not need to be related (immediate or extended family members) to qualify as a household or living together before you apply.

Applicants are contacted in rank order for available units.
You can stay in your apartment as long as you meet the terms of your lease and the annual recertification requirements. Your rent will not be increased based on your income, only based on the annual rent increase set by the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development each year.
We are happy to work with you on a new lease for a new unit if you qualify. All applications must go through Dahlia. Visit their website to see if there is an open lottery.
Yes, all building amenities are available to residents.
Once you have been contacted, provide the requested documents, and once the San Francisco Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development approves your file, you can sign a lease and move in. The apartments are ready!
